Rules for visiting the home match of the men's national basketball team of Kazakhstan against the Syrian team

Dear fans, we ask you to carefully read the rules for attending the home match of the men's national basketball team of Kazakhstan in the qualification for the 2023 World Cup against the Syrian team. These measures were introduced for your safety and your health in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health.

The match will take place on November 26 in Nur-Sultan, at the arena of the Republican cycle track "Saryarka", beginning at 20:00 Moscow time. Tickets are on sale only online at Ticketon.kz.

The match is allowed with the participation of spectators when no more than 70% of the seats in the stands are filled, in compliance with enhanced sanitary-anti-epidemic, sanitary-preventive measures.
  • Entry to matches for spectators over 18 years old only with a green status in the "Ashyq" application.
  • Upon entering the arena, all spectators must go through the procedure for measuring the temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Spectators with a high temperature - 37 degrees and above will not be allowed to the match (not a reason for returning tickets).
  • Spectators with visual symptoms of ARVI disease - runny nose, sneezing, coughing, etc. (not a reason for ticket refunds) are not allowed into the arena.
  • Spectators are allowed to enter and enter the arena only if they wear personal protective equipment (masks or respirators). They cannot be removed during the entire time in the arena.
  • Throughout the match, spectators must maintain a social distance from each other at a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
  • Seating in the stands is made in accordance with the rules of social distance. It is necessary to take seats in the stands strictly in accordance with the information on the tickets.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that during the match, food outlets will not work, tickets cannot be bought at the arena ticket offices, and entry to the arena with plastic and stellan containers is prohibited.

The procedure for checking the temperature, e-ticket, and status in the Ashyq application takes time, so we recommend that you come to the arena in advance!

As a reminder, according to the results of the draw, "Steppen Wolves" got into group "D" together with the national teams of Iran, Syria and Bahrain.

Within the 1st round of Qualification, the Kazakh squad will play 6 matches:
  • November 26, 2021 - Kazakhstan vs Syria
  • November 29, 2021 - Syria vs Kazakhstan
  • February 24, 2022 - Iran vs Kazakhstan
  • February 27, 2022 - Bahrain vs Kazakhstan
  • July 1, 2022 - Kazakhstan vs Iran
  • July 4, 2022 - Kazakhstan vs Bahrain
The Cup itself will be held from August 25 to September 10, 2023 in three countries - Japan and the Philippines and Indonesia.
