The 2021 Asian Men's Basketball Cup will be held in Indonesia

By the decision of the regional office of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) in Asia, Indonesia was approved as the host country of the Asia Basketball Cup 2021 .

The final round of the continental championship will take place from August 16 to 28, 2021, and will be attended by the 16 best teams from Asia and Oceania.

Recall that on February 21 and 24, the men's national basketball team of Kazakhstan held the first two qualifying matches for the Asian Cup 2021, which were held in Nur-Sultan. In the first game, "Steppenwolves" snatched victory from their rivals from Palestine - 79:76, and the meeting against the Jordanian national team ended in an unfortunate defeat - 68:71.
